It’s normal to feel jittery when inviting someone. But don’t you worry, most people are more likely to come to church when invited by an individual. You just need to consider your words carefully. An answer of “no thanks” shouldn’t be taken as a negative reaction. Respect their wishes. Who knows? They might change their minds moving forward. Press on. “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”- Matthew 28:19-20
